Toni has a passion for behavior change and helping build healthy lifestyles. 

Fitness is her passion. 

It has really transformed her life and she loves sharing it with others. As a mom, working a full time job, she has gained a deep appreciation for how valuable time is and focuses on getting the most out of every workout. She knows how crucial it is for fitness to be a lifestyle and not just a goal or fad. We all know what it takes to be fit – eat well and workout consistently. But it is never that simple. There are so many factors that get in the way and make it hard to do those two things. Toni incorporates behavior change plans as part of her approach. She wants to help you figure out what the key things are that you need to do to be successful at meeting your goals and make a plan to make it as easy as possible for you to do those things.
